Weekly rates per person (Saturday after 4pm until following Saturday 10am)
Weekend rates per person (Friday evening after 4pm until Sunday 11am)

Rental Period
The rental period usually begins and ends on a Saturday. However, depending on availability, shorter periods and weekends may be possible.

Reservation enquiries should be made directly with Mrs. J. Duffy by telephone (028 686 59886). To reserve the property, you will be requested to complete and return a booking form together with a 50% deposit to Mrs. Duffy, Meenacloybane, Garrison, County Fermanagh BT93 4AT.

You will be requested to provide a booking deposit representing 50% of the total cost of your booking in order to secure your reservation. The deposit should be received within five working days from the date of your reservation enquiry otherwise we regret that we cannot guarantee your reservation.

You will be required to pay the balance of the booking fee on arrival. Payment is accepted in cash or by cheque. We regret that we cannot facilitate credit card payments.

Security Deposit
In addition to payment of the rental on arrival, you will be required to pay a ยฃ200 security deposit per property. This deposit is refundable prior to your departure provided the property is left in reasonable condition.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals
In the event of a cancellation by you, notice must be given within fourteen days. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited. In the event that we are obliged to cancel a reservation, all booking monies will be refunded.

Linen and Modern Conveniences
All linen and utensils relative to the number of guests booked are supplied at no extra cost. The house is fully equipped with most modern conveniences. However, should you have any specific requirements, you should check these before you confirm your reservation.

Party Size
Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of guests as detailed in the booking occupy the property. We reserve the right to refuse admission if this condition is not observed and the holiday cost will be forfeited.

An additional charge is imposed for use of electricity.

The heating in the property is preset and should not be interfered with. Should you require additional heating, you should contact Mrs. Duffy (028 686 59886).

While the house is suitable for children, we would emphasise that this is a working farm. Therefore, children should be supervised at all times.

Pets may be accepted by prior arrangement.

If you require a supply of essential foods on your arrival, this can usually be facilitated by prior arrangement for an additional charge.

Property Condition
The property, equipment and all utensils should be left clean on departure. Any breakages or damage should be notified to the owner.

Such a beautifully clean and laid out cottage, the views from the cottage and the lane up the side of the cottage are breath-taking, the hot-tub and sauna are the business we all enjoyed it, one of the highlights for me was sitting out front at night with a beer not a neighbour or anyone to look at you, I will miss this place, but i will be back, Josephine has got another regular.
